EFETA hopes you find this place interesting. Thank you for visiting.

EFETA is the Greek translation of aramaic term which means to open yourself, εφφαθα.

The book of Mark states Jesus used the word when he cured the mute and deaf (Mc 7,34) and this also corresponds to the beginnings of the project ESCUELA FEMINISTA DE TEOLOGIA DE ANDALUCIA.

EFETA is just this, a place to begin learning about theology and it is particularly oriented at women within a feminist critical perspective.

The EFETA project is founded on the same principles as the association of the same name with the School as its primary objective and whose spirit is fuelled by everything it generates and everything that comes from it.

Association and School form a place to permanently REFLECT, STUDY and DEBATE.
